Two Requests (software enhancements)

I'm not sure if this is best placed here or in another forum, but for me these two requests relate to POTW. Here are my requests:
1) I would like to be able to access the archive of critiques I have written and to be able to access the critiques written by other photographers. (As is done on: http://www.photosig.com) I have read insightful reviews on images, and I remember the photographer but can't remember the image s/he critiqued. I think a great deal can be learn from good photographers by reading their reviews, as well as viewing their images.
2) There seems to be a bit of shifting of images in the POTW gallery during the week. I find myself writing reviews on images, only to find in a day or two that the image has been pulled and replaced by another image. I don't know how others feel, but shouldn't images be locked in the gallery once posted.

For your first request you have the possibility to email subscribe to photos and comments using the link "Subscribe by Email", found under the photo. You receive, by email, all the comments/critiques you want to follow.

As for your second request, I think it best that the user has the right to decide if he/she wants to delete the photo or not. A locked gallery would not allow this.
