    Pentax Option 330GS problem turning on

    I have a Pentax Optio 330GS. I used it last evening, and was able to take two pictures. After that whenever I tried to turn it on the camera beeped two times and nothing happened. I put in fresh batteries and still had the same result. I tried hooking it up to my computer with the USB cable, and was not able to access the digital images.

    This is the first problem I have ever had with this camera. Can anyone help me?

    Sounds like the images are corrupted on the card. If you have another card then try starting the camera with it. To get the card working again, you will need to format it in a card reader with FAT16 format, or try in another camera.

    If you want the images, you will have to obtain repair software to try to retrieve the images.
