I am trying to fix a kyocera S5 camera. Even with new fully charged battery and with the 5 volt charger plugged in, the camera when turned on will go through the motion of turning on ie

LCD screen lights up showing the Kyocera logo.
Lens extends
Flash pops out

Then almost immediately

Lens retract
Flash retract
Screen goes out
Camera turns off.

The camera has been to a location that reached below zero degree c. It was not the same since.
I will be happy to hear from any one that has the same experience or any one that has information on circuit diagrams etc.
