Need Help with Telephoto Len for FZ20!

Can anyone suggest telephoto lenses for the FZ20. I love the 12x optical zoom on the FZ20 but the digital 4x on top of that really decreases the image quality. I really want to reach out far for wild-life shots but I want to keep it optical. If my math is correct a 3x telephoto on top of a 12x zoom should reach out as far as 36x would digitaly but without the quality issues. I'm looking at serveral and I will list them below. I can't seem to find anyone that has used these with the FZ20. Any info would be awesome!

I'm looking at:
- Tokina 3x Hi-Def
- Opteka 3x Hi-Def
- Phoenix 3x Hi-Def

Are these anygood and are there any others I should look into before I purchase? Can I get the optical 36x zoom results I'm looking for with a 3x telephoto lens?

You are looking in the wrong direction. The best performers on the FZ30 are the TCON14B 1.45x , TCON17 1.7x DCR1540 1.54x and the DCR2020 2.2x.
