Bad compressing pictures by MJU camera

I have Olympus Mju780.
After I made the photos, some pictures are not compressing good by the camera. I can see them in the camera (even on TV), but on PC they are not completed (I can see only few first lines).

Does some body recognize this problem?
How I can repair those pictures? Is there some special software I should use?
