Evolt 500 'HILITE'
Hi All
I'm having difficulty with the book of words at present. Can someone offer a quick solution here.
I was attempting a macro shot, somehow I have obviously pressed a button somewhere that hilited all my pics on memory. After switching on/off a few times, the hilite has minimised, but is still there. How do I 'de-hilite' or whatever it's called.
Thanks.

what you need to do is press your button to bring up the last photo, then click on your info button until you get to the desired setting, then click ok! good luck! john

Thanks John.
Must admit I'd forgotten all about this forum. I eventually sorted the problem. There are so many buttons and so close together, it's hard not to catch the wrong one. The camera isn't being used much at all to be honest. Wondering if I have spent out foolishly. Thanks again. Mike.

hey mike no problem, the e500 is a great camera, it like all the others take time to figure out! unfortunately, i have to sell all my equipment, but i love my 500 and specially my E1 because it doesn't have all the stupid little buttons, like night time, and kids, and whatever, the E1 has only manual, aperture, shutter, and program modes. its a pure pro camera, i understand that all the camera companies need to sell products, but i wish they made some with just basic settings, with out all the foolishness. it makes you a better photographer, anyone can use auto and get a nice shot, but to get a really great shot you have to understand lighting, and your camera to be able to use it effectively! the only thing i can tell is to just keep shooting, when i first started i would take 4-500 pics at my kids soccer practice, just to figure out what worked the best, anyway good luck, and don't give up!! john
