I have a MJU410 which is showng the fault code 1E11, jessops and another shop cannot tell me what the code is and want over ’…’‚‚£100 to send it for repair, I have been advised to update the firmware, I have located firmware for the 400 series but when I connect the camera it says its not compatable. Anyone have any ideas?
