    Flash for the E-500

    I am wondering what others are using on their e-500's in the way of a flash. I have looked at the pricey Olympus flashes but am thinking that there should be a comparable flash but cheaper. Any help/comments will be appreciated.

    I suggest using the Olympus Flashes as they communicate directly with the camera. I use the FL-36. Don't view it as a costly but rather as an investment.

    Flash for olympus evolt e-500

    Thanks for your reply. Having checked with B&H Photo & others, I hae learned that there is no other auto flash for this camera (yet) other than those made by Olympus. And yes, I have ordered the Olympus flash.

    Your welcome Sundawg. I just got my FL-36 the day before yesterday and works great on auto but on manuel you are in for another learning curve LOL!
