First , please bear with my English and long post. I hope you understand what I’‚’‚…‚’‚…Ύ‚m going to explain.

My father has an Olympus C-5050z . the camera was on a tripod ,but the legs were unbalanced , so it fell down , and hit the edge of a wooden table (still attached to the tripod). The cylinder holding the lens , which was almost completely out , became displaced , I mean inclined toward down . the LCD still showed all the items , but the picture was blurred (in fact , not focused properly) , and the camera was trying to move the lens to focus , but It just didn’‚’‚…‚’‚…Ύ‚t move , and the cam just made weird sounds. I was panic , so I moved out the batteries , and tried to push the lens (cylinder) up , manually . though it was very firm , it went up , and looked almost straight again. I placed the batteries , turned it on , but after struggling to move the lens , it made the beep sounds , like when the lens cap is on , so obviously the LCD was black . In playback mode though , everything is fine.
I have no idea what’‚’‚…‚’‚…Ύ‚s inside that cylinder , and don’‚’‚…‚’‚…Ύ‚t know if there is something broken , or just displaced.

I’‚’‚…‚’‚…Ύ‚m in a small town now , for vacation , and I can’‚’‚…‚’‚…Ύ‚t have it repaired during the next week.
So I’‚’‚…‚’‚…Ύ‚m very anxious now and wanne know is there any chance for it to be repaired?
I also wanne know , is it possible to be repaired so just the lens moves in and out like before ,I mean it looks fine and working ’‚’‚…‚’‚¦…“physically’‚’‚…‚’‚‚ (but with bad picture quality) ?
