Time/Date function for C-770

Does anyone know how to activate the Time/Date function on this camera if there is one?
I found the menu for setting the date but I cant seem to place the date automatically on the finished photograph.

I dont know if this is any help because I am not sure if you actually want the date and time stamped over the top of the picture or if you just want it to have a record of the date and time with the picture. If the second option is OK then when ever you take a picture with all digital cameras I have owned and the c-770 is my newest it puts a tag in the file so that when you right click on the picture and go into the properties you can select the summary tab at the top and click on the advanced button and it will tell you every setting that the camera was set on to take that picture including the date and time it was taken.

I have a C-770 UZ and I do not know the way to have my photos printed with the date stamped over the picture. I know that the information is stored in the image file but when I take the file to a photo shop to print the picture he cannot find a way to use the stored information and print it on the image.
