    Coolpix5700 image blur problem

    This is my neighbour's camera with a serious image blur problem, I can't correct it by adjusting focus or ISO etc. A sample picture is in my gallery here or this link:

    Has anyone met similar problems? Can it be fixed by changing lens? Thanks for any suggestions!
