How to delete photos

Hi

I am running out of space and need to delete some of the rubbish,having read the guide , I have picked the image to go and then chosen edit photo but I can not see an option to delete. Until i can remove some I can't upload any new ones

It could be that I am just blind and cannot see the delete option but can anyone guide me what to do

Cliff, there is are a couple posts around here someplace where I explained I had to turn off the delete option because members were deleting photos that were in the finals making blank options to vote on.
Until we can figure out how to prevent members from deleting those that were in the finals including those that have won, we had to turn off the delete.
The programmers that wrote Photopost that runs the photo gallery side of the website, made the delete option global, meaning its either members CAN delete photos, or the CAN'T delete photos.
It would take me too long each week to redownload the large version of all 36 finalists and reupload them under the admin user id and be sure to correctly title all 36 and also place the user name of each photo.
If you have some images you know were never in any finals, let me know and I can delete them for you.

Also, I can up your gallery space a bit so you can have more room since you are a long time member

fyi, I checked and you are not even close to running out of room. You have 23meg of photos.
anyone participating in the contest and also those that have won either POTW, POTM, POTQ 1st or 2nd place all have 500,000kb

Thanks for your reply, I gonna need t0 gett my glasses check.At least I don't need to delete any of the images
