    Question uploading photos/file sizes

    I am new to this site. I am learning some great tips, but I can't figure out how to change the size of the my file so that I can upload it to many of the websites that limit your file size. I use Photoshop Elements with my digital photos...I don't want to jeopardize the quality of the photo when changing the file size. Also, how do i determine the pixel size? Thanks for your help!

    Welcome to Byte. Nice to see another artist from PA in here. I have both Elements 2.0 and 4.0. I think 4.0 is pretty similar to 3.0 and 2.0 is similar to the "original" - Each is a little different. Let me know which version do you have and I will walk you through the process.
