OK now I feel really dumb after seeing others' experiences with the Circle of Photographers "scam". I have been waiting for my manuscript and yes the plaque too since October last year....I have emailed the COP team, no replies from real people, but the automated reply must be called Joanne because first I get "Delivery failure of your email" - ( ironic when you think about no delivery from them at that),- followed by a reply from this Joanne....Will paypal really refund, I am so embarassed, especially after I loudly told everyone who would stop long enough to listen that I was to be a published photographer...I guess pride does come before a fall.I feel better not to be the only one to be so trusting.
I look forward to meeting real photography fans here.

I would give it a try to get your money back if paypal will do this for you.

They might already know about the scam.
