Is it just me, or is site performace horrible...

Help! For the last two weeks access to this site has been iffy at best. I am constantly getting "Server Too Busy" errors and any comments posted about an image are lost. Other times I can't even access the site. The problem seems worst in the early mornings (Eastern Standard)

What's going on?

I apologize for the inconvenience we have been reaching the resource limits in the shared server environment that BytePhoto is currently hosted ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦ we leased a dedicated server in early January and have already moved the premium gallery to it and hopefully we will be moving the core site very soon .. we have been moving slowly with the move as we wanted to have the new server configured and running for a little while before the BIG move ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚¦ with the new server it should be a noticeable improvement as it is our very own and will not have to share resources with outside sites

Like AutumSky, I am up on the site around 7:00est and it will often give me the "can't load the page" type of response.
