June 22, 2004 Best-selling author Scott Kelby received the 2004 Benjamin Franklin Award for Outstanding Design in the combined professional, technical and computer category from the Publishers Marketing Association for his popular title - The Photoshop Book for Digital Photographers. "Writing this book was a blast. Rules were broken right and left so we could show readers exactly 'how to do it' without a bunch of theory," said book author Scott Kelby.
