    Z2 or Z3

I'm looking for a new camera, and Canon almost going toget my purchase as I have used the A80 and PowerShot S1 before a bunch. But then after looking at the Dimages i figured I'll buy one of them but is the price differnece and the difference in the zoom worth it? Is there anything else that's a major difference, plus i am probaly going to buy from www.ibuydigital.com this time, is that a reliable place, with bizrate they have 5,000+ revies and looks like really good rating.
Also what lens addons can i get for it?
BTW I am buying this for my trip when I travel over to Germany, Italy, etc... in 2 weeks on our fall break, I also problay will buy a 256 or 512 card.

I believe the big difference is the zoom factor, I have a Z2 with 10x, the z3 has 12x. I am pretty sure it has the same resolution and features. As to which one to get, well the z3 wasn't availible for me, so I can't help there. The add-on lenses require a barrel extender which I picked up for $10. Then you can put on a wide angle or telephoto lense. Check out the discusion in the minolta section about the telephoto lenses. I think there might be some sample pics with extender lens. I picked up a 256mb card off of tigerdirect for aroun $30-$35 as that's all I could afford and some rechargeable batterries that seam to last forever for aroun $7 and $20 for the charger with more batterries. I think they are 2200ma. For what it is I like my z2 and all of the features it offers. So you have to choose spending the extra money for the zoom (which might be worth it).
