Windows XP shutdown problem
I'm try to find if anyone else has had this problem, I first noticed when using my CX3550 (easyshare).
After connecting the camera to USB port, and removing after up loading pictures etc. Windows XP wont complete shut down, and hangs with 'shutting down your computer' message on screen, Kodak suggested updating the Easyshare software, this didnt help.
But I have found that, the same thing happens after using a flash memory stick, and would seem to be a general USB problem (my USB ports are type 1).

Nope, and I've had at least four versions of KODAK software. Of that I only liked one version, but never had them cause problems.
