photoshop any experts in the house

This being only my second post i am not sure if i can ask this type of question

but is there anyone who can do a Photoshop on one of my pictures?

i would like to replace the background to a BLACK and a White so 2 edited pictures one black one white,
also the arm removed and where the hair is at the back there is a gap this clone stamped so there is no gap in hair then the image turned to sepia.

Sorry in advance if i can’‚’‚…‚’‚…¾‚t ask this sort of question i want to put the picture on canvass.
