Jpeg 2000
Hi, I was just wondering why the new JPEG 2000 algorithm is not implemented on every camera instead of the old loosy JPEG.
Do you have any information on this format, does it exist on PS7.
Cheers,
Ramoul

There is a plug-in for camera raw formats that also does JPEG 2000. So far it seems that it hasn't been widely accepted. I think that is the reason the camera manufactures have steered clear of it. As more programs have the capability to use this format, I'm sure some of the cameras will start using it.
