    Angry Compact Flash Cards (how to reformat one)

    My HP 318 Photosmart camera tells me my CF card needs to be reformatted and when I click on yes to delete the images, the same screen comes back and says my CF card needs to be reformatted.

    I don't know the HP 318, but most camera's have an formatting option. You can also format your CF card with a computer (if you have a card reader attached).
    I always reformat CF card using a computer (be sure not to use NTFS).
