Glad to see another 602 user posting here. Its always nice to see fellow camera users. The Fuji users are alittle slim here to my suprise, but I will give a few helpful tips....

Over the last few years I became intreaged by TC converters for my 10X olympus cameras, but I quickly found out that most lenses are not made for high zoom cameras (such as the 602).

Fuji makes decent glass, I mean if anyone knows there cameras, its them. But I have found there are alot better options out there for the money.

Many users find the Olympus TCON-17 or formally known as the B-300, to be one of the most useful lenses around. Its rated at 1.7x power and delivers a decent about of usable zoom on the 602. The optics are great for the money and truly compairable to any of the highend optics you will find. I find its better than the fuji and cheaper... This is probably one of my most used lenses on my 602.

Another good lens is the TCON-14B or the CANON TL-55. They offer 1.45x power and both give you a tremendous amount of usable zoom. The TCON is a better lens as far as optics go, but it also MUCH bigger, heavyer, and $$$ than the TL-55. I liked the TCON-14B, but found the TL-55 to be more useful and with the optics being fairly close I opted to keep it and let the TCON-14B go.

Two cheap little lens you can pick up for $20-40 are the TCON-14 or Olympus 1.45x and the C-210. The TCON-14 is a 1.45x and its really small and light. It gives about 50% usable zoom and has a 46mm rear thread that needs to be steped up. I got one for $20 and its the best 20 I have ever spent. It is a discontiued lens. The other is a 1.9X that olympus us to make as well. The only thing is it has no usable zoom, so it must be used at full zoom.

Sony has a few lenses out that they manuafacter for there 7X7 series that are extreamly nice quality, but they are also $$$$$. But you will be pleased by the quality....

There are alot more, but this is probably the most popular. You will find alot of people using the Raynox Pro lenses, but they omit a fair amount a CA and are fairly soft compaired to the Olympus/fuji glass.

If your talking wide angle thats a differant story, we can later discuss that.
