originally bought to be given as christmas present. Unfortunately bought the wrong model. Returning a non defective item will incur some massive restocking fee which i don't intend to pay.

This kit is exactlythe same kit you'll get at any retail location like Best Buy or Circuit City. in other words this is 100% "retail" brand new.

Everything that comes in the original box is included. Everything is still in plastic wrap, still fit snugly inside the cardboard box with all the manuals and cd's. Registration card, serial number card, all included of course. I haven't even removed the actual camera and lens from the box itself. Just popped the box open to check contents before I wrapped it up for christmas.
