Comes with camera, usb transfer cable, power adapter, 32 meg memory stick, camera holder/bag. The memory stick can hold about 90 pictures at 1024x768 which I find is the best resolution to use for the camera. Battery time is still excellent at about 180 minutes.

Cost is $130 Canadian or $100 US. Brand new it was $650 US.
