Macro Feature on a Digital SLR?

    Hello,
Does anyone know if macro feature (to take close up shots of small objects) can be enabled on a Canon Digital Rebel EOS? Any advice is welcome.

Sure it can. All that is necessary is to turn the dial to the macro setting. It is the one that looks like a little tulip. Different results will be obtained with different lenses.

I have a 50mm Macro lense and a 17/85 IS USM and have macro shots with each of them. Both lenses do a great job.
