    New D20 user

    Help please, I just purchased the D20 camerra and I'm trying to adjust RAW format pics in Photoshop Elements 3 with out any luck.

    I cannot seem to be able tp download the images to my computer any idea why.

    Cool Elements 3

    Go to Adobe Suport/Downloads/Photoshop Elements/Windows
    Dowload and install Raw Update 3.1 Follow directions carefully.
