This camera is capable of recording longer than 3 minute movies when you use high speed secure digital media.
I have found 32x, 40x, 45x, and 60x secure digital media at newegg.com
So what is considered to be high speed?

i just got a 20D.
I did some research and seems like the SanDisk Ultra II are the best for it.

The 20D has a cache that is quite big for a camera and can make up for a slower card. The Lexar media compact flash has worked good for me and it is not as 'name brand' making it cheaper. It has a 80x speed which is fast. For me, it's only when I want to write/record multiple photos in a short amount of time to the card that the write speed is most important.

i'm using a MagicStor Plus 2.2gig microdrive... seems awfully fast to me... couldn't tell from the website what speed it was akin to... i'll post the link if you'd like to check it out... google it and you may find it cheaper elsewhere, think i got it right at $100 on sale...
