Is there a tutorial here for the complete beginner on how to correctly size photos for upload? I've done a few and and am not sure if I couldn't do better. Also can you delete or edit a picture once it has been uploaded?

With PS7 i use "save for web" ... its a very intuative interface ...very easy to use
