Hi all.
Today I bought my first ever Digital camera. I remain very new to all this.

Anyway...
I got a Premier DS-5080. Its a cheap little bargain camera I got, and I hope to maybe get some good use out of it for a while.

It works superb as a webcam, but I need a decent stand for it.

Any suggestions on what I need, and where to get from? I guess either something that rest/attaches to the monitor, or a little tripod that is around 6 inches tall and will rest on my desk.

*I'm from the UK. Any idea what shops are good for what i'm looking for ?

John Lewis sell them? Any suggestions on where to look or what to buy would be much appreciated.

Hi

You can buy a small table top tripod for about 10 - 15 pounds (sorry am in Australia now and dont have the pound symbol on my keyboard). You can get one in PC World, comet and currys. I think that John Lewis and Debenhams would sell them too in their camera depts.

Good luck!

A tabletop I like because I can use it as a handle when folded up.

I was just in London and bought a nifty little table top, about 5 1/2 inches high at lowest and about 8" at highest. It has a nice swivel head and I like it a lot. The make is Jessops.

I bought it at a camera shop in the Whitelys arcade in London. About six + pounds I think.

Go to Jessops.com - it's the digi-pod.
