Thank you Vito, Paul, Flyball, Cindy, Lee, Eric and RVB for the great comments!
Vito, Since there is both an Upper and lower Antelope Canyon, I would suggest going to both. The check in points to both are practically across the street from each other.

I would suggest getting a Photo tour for upper as you will stay longer and have more oppurtunity to get pictures. The actual best time of day is between 11:30 and 12:30. The photo tour lets you stay till 2:00. They drive you back to the canyon and a Navajo guide will escort you. Lower is a different story, you can go pretty much anytime in the morning from about 8:30 on. They just walk you out to the entrance and tell you to have fun. It's possible to hit lower at 9:00am and then upper at 11:15 in the same day. Will save money on the Navajo permit.
Things to remember:
1. Plan for crowds in Upper. Though as soon as the beams disappear, the crowds do too for the most part. Take the 2 hour photo tour. Go on a week day.
2. Take a good sized bottle of water in both canyons, two if you can fit it in. A tripod is a must!
3. Leave your lens on the camera on the tripod. But be careful you don Ύt smack it in to a wall (take plenty of memory).
4. Take a remote cable so you can setup your shots and just press a button. The exposures are very long and you don Ύt want to be touching your camera (I was using a DSLR)
5. Travel light, don Ύt take a big backpack. My wife and I entered with me holding a tripod with camera mounted and she had some water.
6. Bring some kind of covering for the camera (large plastic Ziploc bag in my case 1 gal) incase it is really dusty. I lucked out and it wasn Ύt necessary. If it is dusty, remove the bag only to take the photos.
7. Since you will be in Page, Arizona, don Ύt forget to see Horseshoe Bend.
Here's what the entrance to Lower Antelope Canyon looks like. Hope this helps. Rod

Congrats Rod, I too knew this was a winner first time I saw it.
If I remember correctly, I gave it a 10 a very short time after you uploaded it
Thanks for sharing your other view so we can see what it was you crawled into lol
Have a great week, still on vacation
