Jood Gob
I figured since the image was kinda topsy turvy I would tell you Jood Gob!
Very Nice Capture and it looks like you might get a toofer with this weeks entry.Bracket, Bracket, Bracket!

BlueSky
An interesting shot. It looks like you used a polarizer. I'm ambivalent about the use of them. I think you captured the essence of the scene. Congratulations.

Re: Jood Gob
"Topsy-turvy", "Jood Gob" ’‚’‚…‚’‚‚‚¦‚“ Nice put, which I really appreciate. I think that that's exactly the idea in my mind in doing IR work with false colours.Originally posted by ChronosIII

For the same reason, I understand that some people do not like IR images. That's why this win was unexpected to me. On the other hand, it is interesting to see the intensive popularity of my entry last week (a normal colour picture, obtained twelve 10's and five 9's) and to find it relatively unpopular with the vote being conducted so far
I like photography because it gives me so much fun!Last edited by Bluesky; Jun 13th, 2004 at 12:58 PM.

Re: Filters
To take this picture, I used both a Hoya R72 IR filter and a Hoya polarizing filter. The scenery was nice, but the filters added some more feeling to it, I guess.Originally posted by Bill Jones

Thats intense!
A personal preference though... Its a kind of miricle of nature, with the reflections and the clouds, but the fountain took that little bit away from its magnificance...
Truely awesome, well done!~Croon
